Default EF Clutch & flywheel compatibility question...

As per my searching and parts interchange info I'm fairly certain it will work but I would like to hear it for sure. I'm installing a stock motor/tranny combo (D16Z6) in my 94 Civic EX and I would like to install a new clutch while dooing so. I have a brand new clutch kit/flywheel combo from my old EF and would like to verify that if I change the entire thing (flywheel/disk/PP) it will work fine. Spline count is the same and the TO bearing part # is the same so I assume its all good. Just wondering if I will run into any problems due to the smaller diameter flywheel.
