H22 valve cover nut won't come off but spins only!!

H22 valve cover nut won't come off but spins only!!
Ok, I think I must've over tighten one of the Valve Cover nut. I went to take it off but it won't come off but to spin around only. Any help or suggesions??

Probably U need to smash it to loosen it. Its actually a hollow nut. U probably separated the top from the actual threaded part.
