Quick question about 96-00 HX ECU's....
Hey all, I got a Y8 in my 99 DX and my friend loaned me his ECU that came off of his 2000 HX.
Problem is, is that is has the same plugs for 96-98, not 99-00. Are 99-00 HX harness' the same as 99-00? I found that quite odd.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought HX's were only produced from 96-98 (obd2a)
* quick ninja edit... I just checked... I was wrong. HX was made up to 2000. Whoops.

HXs remained OBD2A throughout the entire production run. In other words '99 - '00 HXs use the same harness and ECU plugs as all '96 - '98 civics. No other USDM civics were like this.

AFTER:

Yeah it was the Jettas fault. My friend was going 65 in a 40 when he T-boned the Jetta. Even though he was speeding, it was still the Jettas fault because he had the right of way.
****** hasnt been the same ever since. Now he drives an Auto 4dr. EX with most of his HX parts lol..
