Sorry if this is in the wrong section, i didnt see anywhere else to put this.

I need to find two rear quarter panels to install on a rusted Acura 1.6 EL 1997.
I do not want to go through the dealer, will the quarter panels of the 97 civic have the same fit?

I am talking about the panels that go around the rear wheels, LHS and RHS.


Can someone guid me in the right direction plz?

The rear quarter panels for a 97 civic and 97 el are NOT the same.

try there to find some decent used ones.

The tail lights on the EL are a different shape than on the civic, so that means that the panels are not interchangeable. Hope this helps.
