Default speedo

search is useless.
My speedometer stopped working and i dont know how to fix it. Any ideas?
its a 91 hatch dx 5 speed with the 1.5 L

Check the back of your cluster to make sure the cable is plugged in, same with the back of the trans.

exactly what he said... another way i do is push the speedometer tightly in the trans, take the cable off from the cluster , put the front end on jacks, put it in drive and see if the cable works as the front wheels are spinning in gear (any gear)

Could just be a bad cable. I had to replace the one in my rex recently. Also made it so vtec wouldnt engage.

If i remember correctly there is a cap on the cable that you loosen and there is a plastic clip on the cluster
