Default oem jdm black housing... help!

Well here is the situation... I purchased a jdm front end conversion through Ben @importparts.com (the kit is incomplete btw -- missing the oem jdm front lip which I added into the kit, fender marker lights, and all the hardware) and if that wasn't enough... the driver-side black jdm housing seems to be broken!
Broken meaning... the low beam compartment and high beam compartment within the housing move around. When I was installing the bulb into the low beam socket, I noticed that the socket was noticably loose... I checked the passenger and it was tight and not moving around at all.

Is this normal? Is there a bolt that needs to be tightened? or is the jdm housing defective?

*very frustrated*

Well Ben promised me that the oem jdm front conversion would arrive at the body shop around two weeks... I got the kit in five weeks! I had my car prepped for the jdm conversion install three days prior the two week mark (thinking Ben would keep his promise)... and for the three extra weeks (I waited for the kit) I had to pay for body shop storage FEE!

And with the incomplete kit... and to top it off defective jdm housing? what is going on at importparts.com?

yah my front end didn't come w/ the front lip either. but it came w/ all the hardware...

as for the housing..it does sound to be damaged.

however, my lights never came w/ the black plastic cap that goes over the fog lights..anyone know where i can get a hold of em?

Well apparently Ben is on vacation for two weeks... I guess I'll have to manage for these two weeks, becuase Importparts doesn't operate correctly without Ben.

Ben if you're out there, please help me resolve this crisis!

And SagaGSR: I think you should contact importparts as well for the missing parts.

Well the headlights (wrapped in packaging bubbles) were in the same box (and it was a BIG box) as the bumper, radiator support, bumper support, and fiberglass front lip.

Go figure...
