Default broken jdm housing from importparts.com?

Well here is the situation... I purchased a jdm front end conversion through Ben @importparts.com (the kit is incomplete btw -- missing the oem jdm front lip which I added into the kit, fender marker lights, and all the hardware) and if that wasn't enough... the driver-side black jdm housing seems to be broken!

Broken meaning... the low beam compartment and high beam compartment within the housing move around. When I was installing the bulb into the low beam socket, I noticed that the socket was noticably loose... I checked the passenger and it was tight and not moving around at all.

Is this normal? Is there a bolt that needs to be tightened? or is the jdm housing defective?

*very frustrated*

Both of my JDM housings fit the bulbs snugly. Don't know what to tell you other than to call Ben @ Importparts.com

I'm sure he will work everything out with you.

Apparently Ben is on vacation for two weeks... I guess I have to cope with the loose housing.

"Loose" meaning when I wiggle the low beam socket the low and high beam housings inside the headlight move up and down.

Go figure...

I should of went somewhere else for the Jdm conversion kit... I just thought importparts.com (and Ben) would be the BEST place to buy parts (buy anything).

What sucks is that I can't (nor can Mike @ importparts.com) do anything until Ben gets back from vacation!

He will take care of you...you just have to be patient.

The situation kind of sucks, but he'll make good on it, rest assured.
