I was just about to buy a brand new side lining (the rear interior plastic parts; parts number 2 and 20 in the illustration above) from Majestic Honda for my 89 CRX Si when I noticed that they don't carry the side lining in "Graphite Black", but only in "Off Black".

I'm pretty confused by the colors and weirded out that you can't even choose what color you want to buy your trim in. I was hoping someone could clarify a few things:

- What is the difference between Graphite Black and Off Black in CRX trim colors? Is there even a difference or is it that Majestic Honda may be out of Graphite Black and all they have is Off Black trim? Anyone got comparison pics?

- Will the rear side lining (number 2 and 20) from an 88 - 89 rex fit in a 90 - 91 rex?

- Does anyone know what interior colors besides Graphite Black and Off Black were available in all CRX models?

Nope it was Graphite Black and Blue only i believe. of course besides the tan exclusive interior.

and yes im fairly sure they will fit, nothing changed in the crx as far as the rear interior. the only thing that did change was a little lip added when the put in door belts, but that little lip was just added. maybe look at seat belts and you will see it its a little lip on the front top of the huge rear lining piece

That's bizarre...why does Majestic Honda list some of the parts as Graphite Black and some as Off-black. Pretty weird.

 

I can't remember exactly but I believe the off black is actually blue.

 

The correct blue is called Palmy Blue.

 

Is Graphite Black maybe the same color as Off Black?

 

My 90 dx has off black interrior. It should be the same.
