Default Spring rates with GC's....where do I look?

I ordered my GC's over a year ago, and I don't know what my spring rates are. I remember ordering the street prepared kit I believe. I looked on the springs themselves. The front ones said GC200.454D I believe, and the rear just said 40215D, I think it was. Is that how I found out? If not, how so? Thanks
