Default h22 into cb7 just a lil advice

i spun a bearing on my 91lx and with 220k im thinking about doing a h22 swap. from what i understand it uses all the same mounts and stuff, but what about ecu, wiring harness, etc....

anywebsites you guys would reccomend for a low mileage jdm h22 with trans, from what i can see not a lot of swaps include trans.... anyhelp appreciated

im going to check the bearings asap but i bet my cranks scored to **** and i think my head mite be going.

so any links to COMPLETE h22 swaps, or how to?

i know how to do it i just need specific and pertinent information before i order an engine

i just bought the car and is in cherry condition and i put a new radiator in it but i neglected to use that fancy vaccum tool to feed coolant through the system and get air out so i was low on coolant, motor overheated, and boom a knock. im very dumb....but with a few bolt ons i womped on a semi-built teg
