so i just recently did a headgasket swap, i put everything together and when i go to start it, it sounds like a subaru and its running really rich and the spark plugs are really black. any diagnosis?? help plz?! lol thanx in advance

Plug wires on correctly? Timing set? FPR hooked up?

 

thanx ima check it. its bad and yaa i got da fpr hooked up, how would you recomend timing it? the way i did it was put a screwdriver in the #1 and #4 spark plug hole and i got it to tdc then lined up the cam then put the timing belt back on, its a sohc btw
