convert to obd1 with the rare usdm P30 and you should be good. your in for a long hunt in order to find that ecu. or find a LS and reff as an LS its probably going to be your easiest bet. idk if you are able to just pay the ticket in full and call it a day just waiting for the next time to be pulled over.
just run a stock obd0 PR4 they are a dime a dozen at the junkyard. as far as a chipped ecu, dont run it when you go to the reff. im pretty sure US didnt have PR3 and PW0 offered in 88-91 cars.
