ok so a few months ago it snowed and i tried turnin my wipers on to get snow off windshield. went up about 1/4 of the way and stopped. wiped snow off myself and tried turnin wipers back on. they didnt work. checked the fuse and changed it they only work on high now. no mist, int, or low. i need help. when i click it on mist, low or int i can hear a click like a relay but they still dont work unless on high. can anybody help me figure out this problem???

 

change the wiper motor it wouldent hurt 10 bucks outa the junk yard and it takes 15 mins but i check the relay first
