a Civic Si with RSX front & rear

and this is just digusting whatever the hell it is

 

i'm not into the show stuff, but that's pretty clever! clean conversion too. you have to at least recognize the hard work involved.

 

the front end on the civic is OKAY....the rear is fugly though

 

the grills are fugly

yah i agree with dLo - i dont like the grills either.

they did a good job on the conversion though. it's not all jacked up and unnatural looking. the pics are kinda hard to see the whole car and how it looks as a 'whole', but i don't think it looks that bad. kinda interesting.

 

The yellow car looks like it has a TL front end.

 

that rsx front doesn't look that bad. they did a clean job.

minus the body kit, that's what the rsx front should of looked like!!!! i hate it how the rsx front comes to a point.

i hate gutter guard grills. i especially hate grillcrafts because they don't look nice at all.

yah, i didn't even noticed it didn't come to a point till u mentioned that. damn it looks good. looking back at it they did a near perfect job.

 

i aint into show cars either ..but dayumm...they did a nice transition....clean lines...nice paint work.... nice show car...

This is my car. I appreciate all the compliments. I have worked very hard on it, and yes it is a civic with b20, widebody, rsx type r headlights, rsx tail lights, porsche vents, sparco gas door, and other misc. mods. Thats cool that you don't like the car, every has an opinion. The car has gone through several changes, and rear end is actually about to be another one.

This is actually my car.I'm glad you think my car is hideous, i'll even ignore the fact that you posted this comment in the rsx forum, even though it is a civic. But I'm sorry, what do you drive again? Maybe we should post some pictures of your car on here and have everyone comment on your car. I am proud of my car, and granted not everyone will like my car, I don't go around posting that other cars are fu(kin ugly.

come on guys. . . it could be ALOT, ALOT, ALOT worse. That is a super clean conversion. That kind of stuff is definitely not my style, but you gotta respect the work and $$$ that went into that. Man. .. I should be on a debate team. . .

And they are Integra Type R headlights, there is no RSX Type R

 

agreed 100%. Oh, and B20_SI... the car looks great! Awesome conversion... it's so clean, i thought it was an RSX on first look. Our industry needs pioneers

Real clean man. I'm one of the few people on this board, and I'm not afraid to admit it, that likes show cars time to time. Cars like this one, I like. Not only does it have the looks, but it also has the speed. A b20?!? Isn't that a CRV motor? That must be some bad *** torque you got there huh?

 

any info u can give us on the changes ur gonna do to the rear..

the front looks badass but the rear could be different. I think the rear bumper should be larger and extend down further... more-so like a normal RSX. I dunno if your trying to stay away from the whole RSX look and just do the light conversion, but I think the rear end looks a little awkward. Don't take this the wrong way though, I love the car. It's nice to see someone actually do an RSX headlight/taillight conversion and do a good job.

 

Definitely a lot of haters in this forum. Lots of controversy between GSR and RSX-S. I don't think we can expect it to end anytime soon though.

Actually the whole rear-end will be replaced with another, still trying to work out the details at this moment. I love the RSX's, man I almost got one. No I am not trying to make the car look like an RSX, it just happened that those heads and tails were there at the moment. I know it gets confusing, hell everything on this car is confusing. You look at it one way and you think oh all race(12" brakes, gram lights wheels, roll cage, bushings), then you see the other size(massive amounts of fiberglass, kit, interior)The car is a Jekyll and Hyde, or as you guys like to call it Frankenstein..(lol).Yes, It is a b20 (crv) block with a b16 head. The torque is absolutely amazing. Never dyno it, or track it, just street races. This wide girl carries her load though, any takers?J/K

i think the si looks good from what you can see in the pics the conversion looks factory and goes the the widebody very well...not a big fan of wings west but it's nice
