Hey guys i was just wondering if any lsd differential fit a Y1 tranny or does it have to be one from a Y1? and hey one more question the gear that goes on that differential mines broke is bad and i was wondering if icould use any gear from any diff!?

You have a stock honda viscous coupling differential. the ring gear is part of the differential . it is not supposed to be disassembled. no other ring gear will work. the diff was probably not original to your transmissions and was not shimmed properly when installed and that is why the teeth broke. its now a paperweight. you need to buy a new one
