Default 86 Honda Accord Squeak on Startup

Hey there, I started having a problem with my 1986 Honda Accord and wanted to see if you guys knew anything about it.

I just had the timing belt replaced by my mechanic on Monday. They changed all the drive belts, water pump, head gasket, thermostat, and the coolant. Everything seemed fine when I picked it up; I filled up the tank and drove it home. The next day (Tuesday), I started it up around 10:15 AM or so, and I heard a sharp squeaking noise coming from the front of the car. I couldn't quite tell if it was coming from the engine compartment or my front driver-side tire. It sounds almost like tires squealing.

Now, I didn't much of this. When I started the car up that afternoon to go home, it started fine. Yesterday, Wednesday, the same thing happened. Squeak in the morning on startup, no problems all day, starts quietly in the afternoon. I have yet to start the car this morning.

Is this something I should have my mechanic look at? I'm leaning towards a yes. Here's some information about the car, just let me know if you need more.

Air conditioning is broken

Thanks, and sorry if this is posted in the wrong section.
