for partout is a 2000 honda civic si milano red. the car has 125xxx miles on it. im not sure if it runs or drives or not as i cant get the car to start. i think there may be a problem with the starter as my buddy whos huge into wiring and stuff made a jumper harness to bypass alot of stuff and we got nothing, so im narrowing it down to the starter.
