Is there any difference between ITR and GSR parking brake cables?

The part numbers are different, so it leads me to believe there is, but it could just be marketing.

Any ideas? Because I just installed 01 ITR rear calipers and 02 Civic Si rotors on my 00 GSR and I can't get the rear brakes to stop dragging just ever so slightly.. I've backed off the parking brake adjustment screw all the way and they just barely drag. The lever is hitting the pin on the caliper, so the cables seem to be working and pushing it back.

According to the manual, I need to loosen the adjusting nut all the way, lift the back end up, start the car, and press the brakes a few times before I adjust the parking brake.
