Default New brake setup on my rex

I'm new to this site. Fairly new to honda's too. I have had a couple, but never really got into modifying them. But anyways..

Picked up a 90 crx a few weeks ago. It was riding on stock suspension with some ugly 17 inch white wheels. The plus side is that it had a ZC motor with SI tranny installed in it. It had 91 GSR rotors on the front when I got it.
First thing I did was pick up a set of steelies for it. I also grabbed some eibach sportlines, stock headlights and corners. Haven't got around to putting them on yet.

On to the brake setup I am gathering up.

91 GSR front rotors - came with the car
93 civic si rear rotors - $75 installed from buddy
40/40 prop from an integra - $20 from junkyard
15/16 master cylinder for a 88 prelude si - $52 from car parts store
15/16 brake reservoir - $5 from junkyard

Anyone have any other idea's on things I should get brake-wise?
I was thinking about some stainless steel brake lines, but I'm not sure what size to order. Would a set for a crx fit sense I don't have crx brakes anymore?

Please leave me some feedback

That's what I was thinking. I just wanted to get some more opinions before I order them and they end up not fitting.
Does anyone know for sure? I know many people probably have them with a similar setup.
