I am having trouble indentifying the plug in this picture. It looks just like the plug for the charcoal canister solenoid.

It is in the middle below the intake manifold. Kinda rectangular. Picture doesn't show it too clearly.

Any ideas where it is susposed to go?

 

i have the same plug on mine. b18a1 in a 90 crx si,
i just left it hanging. i dont have any probs or engine light

 

ya i goes to a valve on the back of a 88-91 si manifold. you dont need it. i got that same cherry picker in my garage.

 

IF and IF im not mistaken, thats a knock sensor from an obd0 motor

 

no obd0 honda engines came with knock sensors, so long as we're talking about just usdm. now obviously the sir ef9 had the obd0 b16 which did have a knock sensor, but we don't live in japan now do we lol.

to the op: the plug is for the ficsv (fast idle control solenoid valve). its not needed, and you won't throw a code if you don't plug it in to something.

 

the again, who said we were just talking about usdm?

ok i got it. its a fast idle or cold idle valve plug.
