Since it's a bare shell and you need a new underdash harness anyway, 1 way is to just get all obd1 wiring. I'm pretty sure you will have to use the entire obd1 body harness to go that route.

2nd way to go is to get new obd2 wiring and use an obd1 jumper harness for the ecu.

If the only thing that was cut from your harness was the ecu plug, the cheapest way is to get a new plug from a junkyard or something and rewire it.

Of course you'll have to deal with whatever legal issues there are in cali for running obd1 in an obd2 car.

Look for dismantaling yards...your in Bako, so that might be hard to find...come down to LA you'll have no problem finding one...And I would put in the the an OBD2a cabin and engine harness...GSR would be the better choice, but harder to find...But an LS OBD2a harness will work as well, just add the wires that are needed...then pick up an OBD2a to OBD1 jumper harness, and you should be good to go...I wouldn't waste my time with junkyards, as most of the harness get cut in the yard...
