Need help with smog??
heres the deal:
I had a 2001 integra gsr. i blew the motor so i got a jdm obd1 b16a(cheaper)
I have the the ecu that goes with the b16a but am currently running with my original b18c1 ecu because it runs a little better even though it has no vtec.
I am running on b18c1 ecu because it gives mebetter gas milage than the b16 ecu for some reason.
Is there anyway i can pass smog with teh b16a ecu?
any tuning or whatnot i can do?
Please i need help.

Technically, you have an illegal engine swap.
However, since you don't list your state, I'm assuming you live someplace that doesn't check for that, unlike California.
No, you can't do any tuning with either ECU without chipping them, and only the OBD1 B16 ECU can be chipped and tuned.
Check the timing, cat, and spark plug gap, and go see what the sniffer reports.
