Default ITR Tranny in EF. Clarification

I bought a 2000 JDM ITR Tranny.

I'm doing the hydraulic tranny swap using the SONEM kit that I bought a few months ago.

So far I made a list of what I need to actually mount this tranny onto my B16A motor in my 91 hatch:
- Hydro tranny mount
- driverside tranny seal (for my current 90-93 integra axle)
- clutch/pp for DC
- slave cylinder for DC
- clutch m/c from EG/EK or DC
- clutch fluid reservoir, feed line, pressure line

There is one thing I am still unsure about:
-speed sensor cable still compatible with this tranny?

Am I missing anything else?

cable is still compatable.

why not just get a cable tranny case and swap everything over? so much easier and cost less

nice, thats what I thought.

Well, the whole point of this is to change my cable-actuated tranny to hydraulic. I just hate the feeling of cable clutch.

IMO the cable clutch gives you a better feel, ditto on the cost factor.

I'm putting the ITR trans in my EF too. My car is a gutted track car with no inst panel, so I don't have to worry about clearance issues. I am planning to fab a plate like the SONEM one but also weld braces to the steering hanger beam to prevent flex. I am also going to use the EK master, but put the reservoir inside. I don't know much about the SONEM kit, but do you need a different clutch pedal arm? To get the same ratio as the EK, I think I calculated the rod mount location needs to be lower with the EF pedal...I need to look at other models pedal dimensions to see if any would work - if not I'll modify mine. One last thing, I set my eng/trans in place - it is very tight fit to frame rails on both sides of car. Pretty sure the hydro trans is bigger than cable trans - might want to compare before the swap to make sure your current mounts have OK side to side placement. The ITR trans is superior to the cable - it's worth your effort...

The ITR transmission has almost the exact ratios as a YS1 GSR transmission. The only significant difference is the differential. With all the additional parts you would have to buy, it would cost about the same to put a differential in a cable case.
