last night i got on it in first hit my shift light, so then i shifted to second but somewere in there my car died and now it will not start. it turns over fine but it seems like its not getting a spark or fuel or something. also it turns over but doesnt even sound close to starting, it just cranks, and i know my fuel pump is working cause i can hear it turn on when i turn the key. when i turn my car off then turn the key there is no check light but when i start to crank it the check light comes on. i want to know what i should look for tommorow when i start working on it, any suggestions or questions let me know, need to get this worked out this weekend, thanks

 

Diagnostics test, Compression test, possibly seafoaming to clean the motor...i'm sure somebody will have a better answer before too long lol

 

Your rotor might be messed up i would take your distributor out and check it out and replace the plugs and wires cuz you said you heard your fuel pump working, it could not be functioning properly, but i would check those two things sounds liek your just not getting spark. Hope all goes well.

 

yah thats what im thinking its not getting a spark, i hope cause this is the first time ive ever had a problem and ive put the turbo on 5000 miles ago
