do you have a break in the exhaust somewhere near the cat area? If you are running a CAT is it clogged? Is it possible that your header flange is warped?

Im running no cat im gonna have to check again to see if there is any holes on the piping. But i dont think the flange is warped cuz i just changed the gasket but you might be right.

Check it with a straight edge. That would be the only thing that I could think of unless you have a hole in your floor where exhaust is coming through also. My buddy had a bad exhaust leak and found a hole in his floor board, so may want to check that.

pour some fuel injector cleaner in the brake booster vaccume hose. it will go directly into the intake and start to make your car smoke(its ok to do this it actually cleans your injectors and intake ports) wait for the car to start smoking and look all up and down your exhaust. my cousin had a leak and couldnt find where it was. turns out, it was right in the middle of the header where there was a bad crack under the heat shield
