Replaced inition control module. Car now feels weak at 2k-3k.

Replaced inition control module. Car now feels weak at 2k-3k.
So my ignition control module went out on my 95 gsr. I had it professionally replaced by a mechanic. I also had my fuel pump and fuel filter replaced at the same time with oem parts.
The car starts up and idles normally, but feels very weak and sputters between 2k-3k rpms. The car feels like it won't accelerate and is very jerky. I am also getting only about 22 mpg when I used to get around 28mpg.
Anyone else ever experience this?
