Looking for GT30R times. Who's Quickest Fastest on the little turbo.
So I am chasing a dream of getting my car into the low 10s on the little GT30R. Is there a list somewhere I can reference on times "close to" or in the 9s.
Thanks for any information?
I am currently on a 1.8L 3076R on .82A/R, and making about 535Whp.

what chassis? weight etc... your set up sounds like my car, and I would be happy to run your times with it.. sell the turbo for a 35r and go chase the 10.0
So you ran a 10.9? That's a good time for a 30r. At 535 you are getting close to the max of that turbo. How much boost is that? What cams and intake manifold do you have?
Unfortunately much of that won't help cause I am in a VW.
Car weighs 2200 with me in it. I am running 32 LBs of boost. Here's a link to the rest of the car.

I am hoping to be back out at the June 13th Import Challenge here in Gainesville. I broke first round of qualifying in February...

10.58@133 with 496whp.
I ran a 10.85 with just an SC34. I hope to do a bit better once i try the M/T 24.5X9's

Seen your car at Import Face Off an hopefully will be seeing you again. Always cool to see something different.
Nice car and DAMN 32lbs ...
I was at 108.81 in the 1/8...

Anyway that gives me a good goal to shoot for...
but I'd like a Low 10 second pass on the 30R... It's been good to me, lol.
It's been a long time. 5 months the car has been down but last week we got back out to the track and on the same setup but a rear spring change 525# to 650# in the rear we have been able to take another tenth out of the car.
Wilding away at the low tens, but starting to feel the need for a bigger turbo. What's the hot **** turbo these days for 1.8-2.0L cars?

I really like the Precision 6262. We made 683 whp on todd's 16v with one, on E85.
Before the dyno it went 10.42 at 141 mph at 2525# with stock cams.

Is that the billet wheel ball bearing version or the journal bearing. Those are definitely the numbers I am looking for. Also was he on 24.5" or 26". BTW, Kevin I went 10.864 at 138.56 at Fixxfest. The track sucked but I liked the MPH...

Sweet. It looks like he's out for a daily drive. What tire does he run? Here's a 10.88 pass from me on MT 24.5"

Cool, 24.5" seems to be the right size. I am struggling to get into the 1.6x 60ft range. Gonna up the spring rate again and see if it helps... That rabbit has been mine since I was a senior in High School in '85. 3 different colors, 12 different engines, its been a fun toy.
Wow Andy, you were a senior in '85? And these guys rip on ME for being old! haha.
Todd's car is on MH 25's. The 6262 is billet and it has the .63 housing.
I saw your update, congrats! Keep chipping away at it.

I went 142mph with 588whp on a 35r. I made 574whp with a 30r on the same setup so I figure it would have had 138-140mph in it at around 2500lbs in a civic.

id say get your 60 foots down, and just drive the car harder.. you have nearly 10mph on my best, but only 5 hundredths quicker.
i think it has lower-mid 10s with the current turbo if you can iron the car out and get it down the track a bit more efficiently..
