Default B16A Sputtering problems in my EF

We recently swapped a B16A into my EF(like last week) and at first it wuz running clean and as of 4 days ago the car has started to sputter, this doesnt seem to happen much when the cars cold but as soon as it warms up it does it like every other minute and it only does it if one steps on the gas hard(floor it) and then it starts sputtering, At first we thought it was the fuel pump so we replaced that, then the spark plugs, and then checked to see if it was the vaccum hoses the dizzy the cap and rotor the wires but so far nah everythings running fine but that problem still persists, need help bad let me know of anything and yes i am running the right ecu, the only difference is that we used an LS harness but we cut and spliced all the necessary wires and wired it up right and yes its bein checked by more than 3 people and so far everything is wired up as it should be let me know and thanks in advance.

Why did you use an LS harness and not the chasis harness?

Because we still would of had to go through the trouble of cuttin and splicin cuz we want to keep it OBD0 also this way we can sell the B16 wiring harness to one of our friends that needs it, nothins free.oh and we checked the timing aswell and we were thinking that it myght be the injectors, ill let you know.

Check the cold start system out, sounds like too much fuel?

Any ECU codes?

Are you running a B16A1 with PWO-XXX

Check the top of the ecu, it has a red led for faults. Turn the ignition and see if it 'flashes'.

Check the water hoses to the inlet manifold, I take it you have a B16 PGMFI inlet manifold?

checked everything you guys offered and it was none of those problems, but was with my buddy that works at autozone and he hooked it up with some Denso iridiums, i never buy them cuz their like 12 bucks each, anyways i put them on and the problem when away, weird huh i had NGKs type Rs i guess it was the spark plugs even though i had changed them for new ones i guess iridium was that much better or maybe those where defective or something anyways thanks for you guys input.

You said its fixed with the new spark plugs you put in.... And it would have been much much easyer to have used the stock harness for your car it would have pluged up to your b16 perfect. Then all you would have had to do was wire the injectors in and cylinder position sensor. And swapped a few plugs around at the ecu. Oh ya and swap the 2 outer wires on you tps around. and then wire up your vtec

My B18 did this same thing. I replaced the Plug wires with Bosch ones and put NGK platinums in it and a new cap and rotor and it all went away. it has no problem going to WOT now.
