stupid question......can you ride those on the highway? like do 60+ mph w/ traffic and not get killed and still have power left over to speed off?

Nope. Top speed is 40mph.

THose are $2199.99 retail. How much was the warranty?

 

Warranty is free, MSRP on A 2009 Ruckus is $2499, It was increased a few months ago..

Dealer charges tax, reg/lic fees, freight and set-up. If you have a hook-up your looking at $2800, basically just tax and lic fees, if not, $3100 or so. Her is a link to the Honda site.
