honestly, oil leaks are the biggest threat around this mileage. (well and head gaskets, but i wouldn't suggest replacing that as a preventative measure..)
if your last T-belt change was done at 105k miles you can do your next one at 200k miles if you'd like. that'll get you access to four of your engines major oil seals (then the VC gasket and four o-rings).
there's little benefit to replacing internals in a high milage honda untill you're ready for a complete rebuild- or it explodes.
sorry, looking back at your question: what did you have in mind? are you thinking high comp. pistons, and valvetrain upgrade? as far as the company... f22parts.com seems good, Bisimoto Engineering is good, Majestic Honda online is easy...
as for what goes along with putting in pistons and valvetrain: new rings, a set of valve seals, top-end gasket kit (valve cover gasket, rocker arm o-rings, cam seal, intake gasket [i'd get an insulated one], dist. o-ring). you may need to re-hone the cylinders. you'll need an adjustable cam gear if you run anything other than a stock cam.
i may think of more later, but that's all i can think of off the top of my head right now.
the theory behind the underdrive pulley is like downshifting gears on a mountain bike. it's easier for the engine to spin the accessories like it's easier to pedal the bike. the trade off is that the accessories (like the bike wheel) spin slower. the kit should increase your net power output, but the unspoken expectation is that you'll be in the higher rpm more often than normal, thus keeping the accessories spinning fast enough to do their job.
the b-shaft elim. kit is another compromise for that little extra bit of power. you're trading "driver comfort" for better net power, higher oil pressure and reduced engine weight. what i mean by driver comfort... the balance shafts are there to reduce/counteract 2nd phase vibration inherant in inline-fours over 2.0L. if you've got decent motor mounts and you don't mind a little vibration at idle, the kit would be an option for you.

yeah, the pulley is easily done with the engine still in the car.
i guess easy is relative though... you won't be getting the crank pulley bolt off with hand tools. you at least need a long breaker bar maybe an impact wrench.
you may also need a wheel/gear puller for the alternator and/or PS pump pulleys.
if you do the install, that would be a good time for new outer belts..

yeah, you'll want to have the left front wheel off to access the crank bolt more easily.
in some cases if you have a long extension you can just turn the wheel all the way out and get to it... but i would suggest jacking it up on jack stands.
