Default B18b1 idle high to low problem

I just installed a xs power intake manifold. Bolts everything on correctly. Hoses are connected tightly. Sensors are plugged in. And im getting a 3000rpm revs then drop down to 1500rpm then back up to 3000rpm rev. What can be the problem. Please help

he, mine does that all the time too.... was told it is the fitv, i just haven't investigated it yet, lol.

Same thing happened to me. I got coolant on one of the plugs and it wasn't making proper contact.

ajust your idle with the idle ajustment screw.
if that dosent iradicate the problem and you hace checked all your sensors and vacume lines, then you may need a port matched throttel body to get rid of the idle surge completley.

so what did u do. replace the plug?

check the FITV and IACV. and if needed, clean them.
