Default intake man

Hey guy well im swaping my motor in to my new CRX its a JDM B16A 1st gen motor OBD0. i was looking today and the damn intake man is broke and is junk my ? is will a OBD1 intake man work on it or what do i have to do a friend gave me it today for free..

yeah, an obd1 intake manifold will work. you might have to convert the car to obd1 though. but, in the long run, its better anyway.

You can use the OBD1 intake manifold and still stay OBD0. Just swap everything over (sensors, brackets, injectors, etc.) The only thing that may be different is the IACV. Not sure, but it may have a different bolt pattern than the OBD0 IACV.

I have a OBD1 IM on an OBD0 engine.

It's a DOHC ZC, but still proves it's possible.

wouldn't it be more beneficial to convert to obd1 though? easier to imrove upon, easier to tune, ect...

It'd be more beneficial to put in a B18c, but doesn't mean you should.
