like the title says, it wont stop 2 stepping when i press it wot and at idle i try to take off the car dies untill i let back off the gas....and i think the idle is messed up cause i have to litterally(with my foot) pull the pedal back towards me to get the idle back down
ps-car is swapped with d16z6 and converted obd0 to obd1 p28.

Is it throwind a check engine?
Sounds like the car might be in limp mode OR if it does have a chipped p28 in it with a launch control feature it is not sensing a vehicle speed and hence not getting out of the FTL routine.

ok now(for some odd reason) the car is throwing codes 1,5,6,7, and 8...but i fixed the dying, i can actually put the car pedal to metal and it rev. but i let off and it stays at 4k untill i pull the pedal back with my foot and then it goes back to erratic idle from 1k to 1.25k
any ideas??

sounds like you need to do a few things:
1.) make sure u have no vac leaks
2.) clean icav
3.) clean and readjust fitv (done)
4.) completely bleed the coolant system
5.) maybe readjust your throttle cable tension
