The O2 sensors themselves will be the same. IIRC all 4 wire Honda O2 sensors use the same voltage range. It will also physically fit into the O2 bung on your exhaust. If your asking, Will the connectors match or the wires be long enough? probably not.
You could always try and re-pin the two connectors. Take the Civic connector and swap it with the old Accord connector, if you still have it. Always keeping in mind the pin location of the 4 wires.
