Default 85mm GSR block With Benson Sleeve good for boost?

i have found a GSR block With new Full Benson Sleeve that has been bored to 85mm. what i'm not sure is if the cylinders are still thick enough to make ~450-500whp. i broke my cylinder on my block and i don't want same thing happens with the new block. any help would be great. would that be good for my goals or is that block only good for all motor?

For that kind of power, you'll be fine. The reason people steer away from really pushing the 85mm is due to the thinner HG which means they blow more often. Its nothing about cracking a sleeve...

It can probably hold a lot of power...the question is when is the headgasket going to go out and how frequently is it going to happen. If it is O-Ringed, it can probably hold 700whp+
