Tuning options for a 94 accord
A friend has a 94 accord ex. I am wondering what tuning options there are for him, Ideally we could just plug in a P28 ecu and tune away on that, but I don't know if that's the case and haven't had a chance to look at his ecu. what ecu does he have anyways?
I dont think the P0A is worth trying to mess with, from what I know unless you wanna try hex tuning it its not really supported any other way. Basically best choice is a ecu swap.
The P28 is a good option (as is the p72 if you are wanting to control secondaries of per say an h22 still), thats what I used for my boosted f22 (P28/ s300 hondata) and I could not be happier. Its a very simple swap of 2 wires (a6 and a11 pins), plug it into the harness, and start tuning.

So If he is running the F22b1 that doesnt have secondary runners, so a P28 should be just fine, i can chip it and tune int on crome np, and the pin switch, accords are the only ones you have to do that correct?
Yea its for a f22b1 it does not have secondaries and a p28 would be fine.
Pin swap the A6 and A11 pins on the accords harness, plug in your p28 (chipped), and your ready to start tuning.
