Post 94-01 integra front brakes vs. 00' civic 9.5" (interchangeable on the knuckles?)

I was wondering if anyone has successfully swapped 94-01 integra front brakes (caliper, and rotors) over to a 00' civic with the 9.5" rotor, I have measured just about every thing I could related the the actual mounting of the calipers onto the knuckles everything is identical with the exception of a slightly bigger piston housing on the integra brakes, but have been told that the difference is in the offset of the 10.25" rotor, over the 9.5" rotor, and that I won't be able to put new pads on to the rotor once they are on the EK because the offset of the rotor bolting to the hub is different is this true I? I was hoping to swap brakes the bigger brakes that are on my EF over to my EK wich was recently turbocharged, and have realized that bigger brakes would be much more suited on the EK now. Thanks for any help!
