1997 integra auto to manual swap?
how much do u think this will cost me? i blew the motor in the integra and i have to replace the block so im going to go manual how much do u think this would cost ? i dont have to pay for labor my uncle knows how to do everything in the swap hes done it befoe! what motor should i put in ? and how much would it cost
depends on what you want to go for. Are u looking for speed or just crusing? Also depends on how bad the motor is. What i would sugest is to use the motor you have and go LS vtec. To go from Auto to manual suprising isnt too expensive, all u need is axel, clutch master cylinder, pedal assembly, ecu, and transmission, all of which you can pick up at a local junk yard. Price range depends shopping around Honda tech can be helpful to pick up a transmission for cheap and all the other things you need. Well hope this helps you
Costs really depends on what you do to the motor. If you're just going to drop a motor in and not build anything. Stock LS motor and tranny should go for around 600. I suggest a new clutch /flywheel while you're at it. Should cost around 1 grand and thats being conservative. Remember you have to buy the mount from Hasport or Innovative also unless you're gona weld.
Put whatever motor you wnat into it. Whatever you can afford. I just did mines a couple weeks ago so if you have any questons you can ask.
