1993 honda civic del sol
fuel pump primes when it wants to runs great when it does but just cranks over when it does not prime replaced pgm relay still does the same thing BUT WHEN I USE A JUMPER WIRE TO BYPASS THE RELAY THE PUUMP RUNS... any ideas?
