Default OEM fan vs aftermarket fans

Setup:
-ef
-b18c
-small turbo kit
-da full radiator

Questions:

1) what does OEM radiator fans cfm ratings? (700?)
2) How much amp does OEM fans use? (8-10mamps?)

5) How many amps can stock gsr altenator produce

4) Will I have a problem with using 2 1400cfm fans if they use 15-18amps each?
6) Will it shorten my cars life

You should have no problem running the two fans, although upgrading the alt. is always a good idea if you add more load to the electrical system. 94

so a GSR altenator is rated at 94amps....
where would I get a more powerful altenator.... what are they normally rated at 120amp?

LOL, not sure what the amperage, [at what RPM] your alt. is, only way to know for sure is to have it tested, most alt./batt. shops will do that for free, only takes a few minutes.

Without knowing what the electrical load is in your car it would be hard to say what size alt. you should have, if all you are adding is the two fans then you do not need to go more then 40A bigger then stock.

I would recommend you get the car on the road with any mods you are going to do and then get a proper load check done, it will tell you if the alt. can keep up or if you need a bigger one and how much bigger it needs to be.
BTW I end all my posts with 94. 94
