some cheap things that came in a plain white box. rotors are disposable, the pads are where you should spend money. get any cheap rotor coupled with the best pad you can afford.

there are a ton of differences between a high quality rotor, like an OEM brembo rotor, and some centric or mass retailer private label chinese/taiwanese rotor.

metallurgy is the one that most people don't think of. there is a ton of science behind it and you can read all you want on google about it as there are a ton of articles and research on the subject, but one thing you get with a brand like brembo is consistency. each rotor will have the same properties and tolerance as the next. a centric rotor might have balance issues, most likely does have issues with its composition.....but it will 'work'

chinese rotors have their place and there is a huge market for them, but for a performance application i would never skimp on brakes. personally, i'd never skimp on brakes no matter what vehicle, but there is something to be said regarding the quality of a brand like brembo and how it can give you peace of mind with something so important to safety like braking.

same reason i don't ever run knock off wheels...it's just not worth negligible savings considering how important the part is to safety.

i agree that pads are very important, but in the same way that i believe good rotors are important because i just dont mess around/skimp with important elements of my car like brakes.

either/or...both are solid choices.

OEM is going to be a very high quality rotor, and brembo will meet or exceed those tolerances and specifications. at that point, i'd weight the cost differences.

your typical OE honda front rotor pair will be in the 100 dollar range (list-25% pricing)

i am unaware of how much brembo full face rotors are but i see you mentioned 90 dollars
