iac/ coolent question
i just removed my iacv cause my car was idleing weird so when i pulled the hoses off all of my coolent ran out and there was collent in the lines that go the my iac is that supost to be like that i thought they were vac lines?
the iacv is the coolant lines not vac lines.. too clean it you simply put it outside and spray break cleaner only into it.. i mean flood the damn thing and let it air dry for 20 min after uve cleaned it.
this doesnt control your idle though. it just smooths it out when you clean it because most likly its been dirty or clogged up causing weird idling issues.. also something to check on would be the fitv.
this is more idling controling as to the iacv because in the fitv you can adjust it to idle lower or higher if your idle is off.
if nothing works then adjust your idle screw.
