Default will I need to replace My throttlebody?

Okay so Long story short i have a 96 civic LX, I've always had a low idle problem, I changed the PCV valve, cleaned out throttlebody, and Cleaned out the IACV, during the process of cleaning my IACV my friend accidently snaped one of the bolts for the IACV in the throttlebody, so currently there are 3 bolts holding the IACV on.

I'm running out of ideas of why My Idle is so low (200-400 rpm) and My friend told me i should just replace my IACV, but Is there a way a shop can remove the remainings of the bolt in my throttlebody? or should i just buy a new throttlebody.?

Suggestions..?

so long as your engine doesent rev up and down at idle you will get away with the snapt bolt. did you try adjusting the idle srew on the throttle body?

Is the CEL ON?

When the engine is warm and idling, does the idle speed increase when you disconnect the IACV connector? If not, replace the IACV.

Yeah, well my friend adjusted the idle screw and apparently he adjusted the wrong one, and he adjusted the "the throttle plate stop screw" (the one that is really near the throttle cable) But where exactly is the idle screw on a d16y7

and to RONJ@HT the CEL isn't on, and should I take out the airbox unplug the IACV connector, put the airbox back in then turn on my car?

thnx for the quick replies guys!

1) See diagram below.

2) No need to remove air cleaner or to disconnect the IAT plug. You should be able to access the IACV plug and disconnect it without removing anything.
