How did you paint your cage?

ok guy me being the *** that i am i painted the inside on my race car b4 the cage was put in so how did you guys paint your cages without getting over spray on everything thanks. maybe some pics too lol

Alot of newspaper and few rolls of tape should do the trick.

spray paint from the parts store, put a trash bag over my seat, and just sprayed it.

I just put some paper behind and sprayed, minor overspray, nothing some paint thinner won't fix.

Only picture I have right now of the cage, you can see the floor mats behind that I used haha.
