Default vtec leak issue!

have the type r for 2 years now.. 6 months ago i started to have problems with my engine..i just run out of money to fix it. that problem is oil leak on the cam gear side.. it leaks a little bit during normal use but once the vtec engages it leaks like a faucet.. i already got the head gasket done. valve cover gasket and cam seal twice.. from one of the shop in jacksonville.. after all that work i still have the leak.. the mechanic that did all the work it might be the washer on the allen head bolt underneath the cam gears but i dont want to it get done again if im not sure.. so right now im running with the vtec set up all the way to 7000 rpm before it engages which really sucks.. here's the pic let me know what you think..
