Default My 94 Civic Coupe!

well, just got home from showing my buddies my new car.

i bought it off of my old manager. hes had is since 95k and has put about like 40k on it in the 8 years hes had it. now, its got 135k and some change. not too bad for a 15 year old car...

its got some done to it, dont know everything but exhaust intake, body kit, etc.

ive got some plans for it, but ill get into those once i clean it completely i want to start fresh! once i start cleaning, and doing some little things to it, ill post what i know and find. its got a couple issues too but ill post those up when i post what i find.

i dont have any pics as of yet, but, i washed and waxed it, took the seats out, just gave it a nice cleaning, looks pretty good to me. ill snap some tommorow morning since its supposed to be sunny, and get them up after work.

so, here begins my civic thread!

Hhhmmm, nice. But, for me I would definitely take off the bumpers asap and drop it to the optimal height.

it will be de riced by the end of summer.

i need to order up stock front and rear bumpers. that will be first. then, i need to jump on the body work. theres a few small dents and dings that need to be cleaned up. along with a rust bubble on the left lower qp, and a little rusty scratch near the door handle. after thats done, off to a body shop for a nice paint job.

any ideas on nice looking blacks? i was thinking of going with a straight gloss black, or a stock honda pearl black that ive seen. any suggestions?

after the outside is taken care of, then ill start working on the motor, the little z6 thats in it smokes like a freight train, but still runs decent. so im looking for a nice ls to swap in it.

after the motor, thats when ill take care of the suspension.

this may be a longggg project, just because i got alot going on right now, and i dont want to spend all my money on the civic, ive got a 67 cuda to get on the track by the end of summer...

I'd paint it Honda Night Hawk Black Pearl. Can't go wrong with that.

think what ill do is get some nice rattle can stuff. some primer, flat black, and some bondo. fix up the body work, make it nice and straight, then paint it flat black.

this wont be until i get the stock bumpers, and some new lights though...

need to do the clutch and pay for it first though.

would that look half decent until i find a deal on a nice gloss paint job?

also, amount should i drop it? i was thinking 1.5 front and 1 inch in the rear would look alright.

i just dont want to be too low, or have it look shitty.

what do you guys suggest.

make me a nice list, im new to this ****

okay, little update, its been a few weeks.

so, ive ordered my ebay aluminum radiator(80 bucks)
also got my new stock front and rear bumpers (90 bucks)
ordered up a dynomax super turbo axle back(109 bucks)

should have the bumpers painted, radiator installed, and exhaust on hopefully this weekend, if not, mid week next week.

im going to try and save some money for the next couple weeks, ive been catching up on much needed maintanance with the car(brakes, cleanup, leaks, etc)

then ill get some nice headlights and corners, and some 00 si style tails.

then a drop! and hopefully itll be good... for a while haha

pics of the bumpers!
