Default car sit lower on one side with new shocks&springs

my friend and it installed new koni yellow with neuspeed race on my 97 civic ex. ive been using it for a week. i just noticed that my passenger side is lower than the drivers side. that why its been rubbing the right fender a lot. i already put around almost 400 miles on it since i test drived it and it drove fine through bad roads. im really worried now. do you think i messed something up driving that much with the other side lower. what do you think is the problem. thanks.
