try the marketplace. or ebay. most of the seller's that sell the hid kit, also sell replacement bulbs.

 

I can't answer the question, other than to say go check out the sponsor marketplace. There are many vendors selling HID capsules in various colors.

BTW, HIDs don't use bulbs. A bulb has a filament, which a HID capsule lacks, as does a fluorescent tube.
