motor swap b series or h

i want to do a motor swap in my civic cuz i wanna get rid of my sohc
what would be a good motor to put in a h series or b ?

H for the power, it's not going to be as simple as a B-series though. But if you have the mechanic skills/money go H.

i guess go wit gsr block ctr pistons and si head and ls tranny i had that on my ef and i was runnin 13.1
