Qiuck Question; On a 92 Integra, Is there anything on the lower crank/timing gear that keeps the timing belt aligned on the pulleys? New to the Honda/Acura area, and just got a integra and noticed my timing belt hanging over the pulleys and not dead center.

 

that sounds like your water pump or idler may be bad and allowing the belt to walk you may want to check before driving
